Bible Baptist Church of Cameron with Pastor Jim Mackey and Associate Pastor Norman Null located at 515 S. Elm St. is the 2nd Chamber Business Spotlight for September.
In 1974 the Temple Baptist Church was started by James Carrol. It went until 1985 when it closed for 9 months. Then in the fall of 1985 Robert Reagan came and reopened the church as the Bible Baptist Church. He was here until 2012. Then Jim Mackey became pastor to date.
Our focus is to preach Jesus Christ, and Him crucified, buried and risen again.
We love bringing folks to church. We run shuttles in town, out of town and Hamilton. We love the kids club on Wednesday night and meeting people in the community.
