The Corporate Office was established in 1976, formerly known as Mid-Missouri Engineers (MME), with the local division established in 1990 by agreement with the City of Cameron (31 years).
The main focus of Alliance Water Resources, Inc. is operation and management of water and/or wastewater. Facilities for municipalities and public water districts are located throughout the states of Missouri, Iowa, Kentucky and Tennessee. Some of the divisions are modeled after the Bowling Green, Missouri division where full public works are managed and operated.
Locally, Alliance Water Resources, Inc. (MME) was asked by the City of Cameron in 1988 to take over the full operations of the wastewater facility and bring it back within compliance due to a consent decree between the City of Cameron and the State of Missouri. MME personnel was able to bring the plant back into compliance within an eight week span as well as assisted the City of Cameron in negotiations with the State of Missouri DNR to settle the amount of pending fines for substantially less than originally proposed.
